At Elloriana, we work with international suppliers and fulfilment partners, which means some orders may be shipped to customers in the United Kingdom from outside the UK.

VAT

For orders shipped from outside the UK, the VAT treatment depends on the value of the shipment and the applicable UK rules.

For consignments valued at £135 or less, UK VAT may be collected at the point of sale where applicable.

For consignments valued above £135, UK import VAT and customs duties may apply. Depending on the shipment, the customer may be required to pay applicable import charges before or upon delivery.

Customs Duties

Customs Duty may apply to goods shipped from outside the United Kingdom, depending on the value, origin and type of goods.

Where applicable, the delivery carrier or customs authority may contact the recipient regarding payment of import charges.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally be delayed while passing through customs. Customs processing times can vary and are outside our direct control.

If your tracking information indicates that your order is being held by customs, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so that we can assist you where possible.

Elloriana does not intentionally under-declare the value of orders or provide false customs information. Orders are shipped with the information required for customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and complying with any applicable customs requirements.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
